What type of meat do you use?
We only use 100% Grass fed Australian Beef. Sourced from Australian farms that prioritise sustainable practices, our beef is raised without hormones or antibiotics.
Do you use artificial Preservatives?
We don't use any artificial preservatives. We only use salt.
What is Biltong?
To put it simply Biltong is air dried meat! It originates from South Africa and compared to jerky its much softer. While jerky is cooked at 70°C our Biltong is air dried at 30°C over a 6 day period.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship Australia wide and upon request we may ship overseas. All orders cost a flat rate of $10 (if the order is for more than 5kg its an extra $10.)
How long does your Jerky and Biltong last?
The best before is 12 months. We recommend it be consumed within 3 days of opening.
But if you refrigerate or freeze it, it will last longer.
