If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Jamberoo Jerky & Biltong Co purchase please return the package to us and we will provide a full refund.

We are 100% confident in our product and adhere to all Food Safety rules, regulations and guidelines.

Our jerky & biltong is free of any artificial preservatives and supplied in quality sealed packaging. Packaging may become damaged in transport thus resulting in changes to the quality of the jerky & biltong. Although all effort will be taken in carefully packing and distributing our jerky & biltong, we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs in the shipping process once the product has left our premises.
